STEP #1

First, either as a registered account or as a visitor, the customer creates a job list by uploading the designs one at a time. The acceptable CAD file formats are 3DM and STL.

STEP #2

Next, the job estimator will provide an accurate unit cost estimate for the file. Along with the quote, a preview screen will appear where customer can view the model 3D, rotate it with the mouse and zoom in/out. After approving the 3D preview, the customer can update the quantity of this design and the total estimate for the design will also be updated accordingly. The same process continues until the customer uploads the last file of the job list. The rates provided at this phase do not include any shipping charges.

Upon acceptance of the cost, the customer will select the preferred shipping method. We offer a variety of shipping options based on the project. In addition, a local pickup option is also available for all our customers.

STEP #3

Lastly, the customer will be directed to the payment portal where they will be able to pay for their order. After the payment is completed, customer will receive automated notification emails regarding the status of their order.

REGISTRATION

CADPrintWax encourages all its clients to register and open an account, although as explained it is possible to place an order as a visitor as well.

A registered customer has the advantage to securely store files from completed jobs on our hosting server. This will enable the customer to generate new jobs utilizing the existing files without the need of uploading the same files again.

PRIVACY

CADPrintWax will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, give out or sell customer information (including contact details and files) to anyone. Privacy of our customers is very important to us.
